Create your account

Click "Get started" or "Create your first video" on the home page. You'll be taken to our secure sign-in page where you can register with your email or sign in with Google.

Explore your dashboard

Once logged in, you'll see your dashboard with an overview of your recent videos, saved reviews, and usage stats. The sidebar gives you quick access to all sections: Create Video, Reviews, Videos, Avatars, Billing, and Settings.

Choose a review source

Select the platform you want to pull reviews from. We support Google, Trustpilot, Yelp, Facebook, and Tripadvisor. Click the source dropdown and pick the one that matches where your business has reviews.

Search for your business

Type the name of the business into the search bar. Results will appear as you type. Click on the correct listing to load its reviews. Make sure you select the right location if the business has multiple branches.

Select a review

Browse through the reviews for the selected business. Each review shows the star rating, reviewer name, and review text. Click on a review to select it. You can also save reviews to your library for later use by clicking the bookmark icon.

Trim your review (optional)

If the review is long, you'll be shown the Trim Your Review screen. Toggle individual sentences on or off to control what the avatar narrates. Deselected sentences are removed from the video — the original review text is never edited. This is useful for keeping videos concise and within your plan's word limit.

Pick an intro template

Choose how the avatar introduces the review. Templates include Professional, Friendly, Warm, Direct, Excited, and Story. Each template automatically fills in the business name and reviewer name. You can preview the intro text before generating.

Choose your AI presenter

Select an AI avatar and a matching narration voice. Avatars and voices are shown side by side — browse both and click to select. The lists are linked: picking a female avatar automatically filters the voice list to female voices, and vice versa for male. Some avatars and voices are available on paid plans only.

Review & generate

The final screen shows a summary of everything you've chosen — presenter, voice, and video script — alongside the format picker. Choose from 9:16 (TikTok & Reels), 1:1 (Instagram Feed), 16:9 (Facebook & YouTube), or 4:5 (Instagram Portrait). Review the script preview, confirm your selections, then click "Generate Video". Your video will be queued and typically ready within 1–3 minutes.

Saved Reviews

From the Reviews page in your dashboard, you can view all results you've bookmarked. Saved reviews can be used later to quickly create a video without searching again. You can also delete saved reviews you no longer need.

• check_circle Use "Use in video" to jump straight to the Create Video page
• check_circle Delete saved reviews with the trash icon

Videos Library

All generated videos appear on the Videos page. From here you can:

• check_circle Preview any completed video
• check_circle Download videos as MP4 files
• check_circle Check the status of videos still processing
• check_circle Retry failed video generations
• check_circle Delete videos you no longer need

Browsing Avatars

The Avatars page shows all available AI presenters. Each card displays the avatar name, preview image, and tier availability (free, premium, or locked). Click "Use this avatar" to start creating a video with that avatar pre-selected.

Browsing Voices

The Voices page lists every narration voice available for your videos. Each card shows the voice name, gender, accent, and language, with a preview player so you can hear it before choosing. Use the filters at the top to narrow the list:

• check_circle Tier — All, Starter, or Starter+
• check_circle Gender — Female or Male
• check_circle Language — filter by spoken language
• check_circle Accent — e.g. American, British, Irish, Scottish

Voices marked Starter+ require a paid plan. Click "Use this voice" on any card to jump to Create Video with that voice pre-selected.

Account Settings

From the Settings page you can:

• check_circle Update your display name and profile information
• check_circle View your current plan and usage
• check_circle Delete your account and all associated data
