• Share generated videos on your own social media channels, website, or marketing materials
• Save and organise reviews from public sources for video creation
• Download generated videos for your own use

3. Prohibited Activities

You must not use the Service to:

3.1 Misleading or Deceptive Content

• Present an AI avatar as the actual person who wrote the review
• Imply that a reviewer endorsed or authorised the video
• Create videos that misrepresent the content, context, or sentiment of the original review
• Use generated videos to make false claims about a business, product, or service
• Fabricate, alter, or manipulate review content

3.2 Harmful or Abusive Content

• Generate or distribute content that is defamatory, libellous, or slanderous
• Use the Service to harass, bully, or intimidate any individual or business
• Create content containing hate speech, discrimination, or incitement to violence
• Generate sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise offensive content
• Use the Service to stalk or invade the privacy of any person

3.3 Illegal Activities

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Infringe upon any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
• Use the Service for fraud, phishing, social engineering, or other deceptive practices
• Use generated content to blackmail, extort, or coerce any person or business

3.4 Technical Abuse

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Access or attempt to access the Service through automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) without written permission
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, authentication, or access controls
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise system security
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without authorisation

3.5 Commercial Misuse

• Resell, redistribute, sublicence, or white-label the Service or generated content without our written agreement
• Use the Service to build a competing product or service
• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple users to access a single-user account
• Create multiple free accounts to circumvent usage limits

4. Responsible AI Use

As Review Video uses AI-generated avatars, we expect all users to use this technology responsibly:

• Transparency: Always make it clear that videos feature AI-generated presenters, not real people
• Accuracy: Do not alter the meaning of reviews or use them out of context
• Respect: Consider the interests and rights of both reviewers and the businesses being reviewed
• Compliance: Follow the content policies of any platform where you publish generated videos

6. Enforcement

We may act without prior notice where we believe there is an immediate risk of harm or legal liability.
