1. Subscription Plans
Review Video offers the following types of subscription plans:
- Starter Plan: Core access with 3 videos per month, free and premium avatars, and 1080p export quality. Available on monthly or annual billing cycles.
- Pro Plan: Full access with 15 videos per month, all avatars, 4K export quality, and priority processing. Available on monthly or annual billing cycles.
The specific features, limits, and pricing for each plan are displayed on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify plan features and introduce new plans.
2. Billing and Payment
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit or debit card details on our servers.
- By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan).
- All prices are displayed in the currency shown at the time of purchase. Applicable taxes (e.g. VAT) may be added where required by law.
- You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or suspend your access until payment is resolved.
3. Free Trials
We may offer free trials of paid plans from time to time. If a free trial is offered:
- You may be required to provide payment information to start the trial
- You will not be charged during the trial period
- Your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial expires
- Free trials are limited to one per user/account
4. Auto-Renewal
All paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) at the then-current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
We will attempt to charge your payment method on file at the start of each new billing period. If the charge fails, we may retry and/or restrict access to paid features.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Billing settings in the dashboard.
- Upon cancellation, your paid access will continue until the end of the current billing period
- After the billing period ends, your account will revert to an unsubscribed state and you will no longer be able to generate new videos
- Your previously generated videos and saved reviews will remain accessible
- You can re-subscribe to a paid plan at any time
6. Refund Policy
We generally do not offer refunds for:
- Partial billing periods remaining after cancellation
- Unused video generation credits within a billing period
- Downgrade from a higher-tier to a lower-tier plan
We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Extended service outages that materially prevented use of the Service
- Where required by applicable consumer protection laws

7. Plan Changes
- Upgrades: When upgrading to a higher plan, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period. The new plan takes effect immediately.
- Downgrades: When downgrading to a lower plan, the change takes effect at the start of the next billing period. You retain access to the higher plan until then.
8. Usage Limits
Each subscription plan includes specific usage limits (e.g. number of video generations per month, storage limits, number of saved reviews). These limits:
- Reset at the start of each billing cycle
- Do not roll over to the next period
- Are displayed in your dashboard
If you exceed your plan limits, you may need to upgrade to continue using certain features.
9. Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. If we change the price of your current plan:
- We will give you at least 30 days' advance notice via email
- The new price will apply from your next billing period after the notice period
- If you do not agree with the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your paid subscription if:
- Payment repeatedly fails and cannot be resolved
- You violate our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
- Required by law or regulatory order
